I love wedding planners and let me just tell you, the number one way to not be stressed on your day is to have someone there to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time!!! Planners and coordinators can do anything and everything from helping you plan your entire wedding from start to finish to just day of ensuring your timeline goes on track and that each person involved is doing their part!

Here are some things I love about day of, month of, and full wedding planners/coordinators!!

Day of Wedding Coordinator

A day of wedding coordinator will ensure the catering, florals, dj etc. are all set up, have what they need, and will even help tell the wedding party when to start walking. They can bring you snacks throughout the wedding to ensure you don’t go hungry, they can be the person to wrangle family for family photos and keep family away for the couples portraits session!! They are your perfect day of assistants!!!!

Month of Wedding Coordinator

A month of wedding coordinator will handle all the things a day of coordinator does PLUS, they can help to review the all the final set up things!! Like, your contracts with vendors to make sure you didn’t miss anything that they might need or are supposed to be doing **like the caterer missing the fact they are supposed to be picking up and bringing your cake from the baker – yes this really happened** They’ll ensure the final payments are being sent and they can walk through your venue with you so they know exactly how it should be set up so you have nothing to stress over the entire final days as you approach your big wedding day. 

Full Wedding Planner/Coordinator

A full wedding planner will handle all of the above plus, helping match you with the perfect vendors that they know can accomplish the goals you have for your wedding and give you insider tricks to ensure your day goes perfect without the stress of having to execute it yourself. They’ll  help you understand contracts and what to expect from the packages you are going with!! Wedding coordinators will be there to bring all of your visions to life! Some planners you can just share your pinterest dream boards with and they will make those boards reality!!!!
