First Look
As a wedding photographer, I see couples do their weddings in all kinds of different ways!! One of the trends I see are first looks! However you choose to do your wedding is absolutely perfect, but let me tell you about some of the benefits I’ve noticed about doing a first look!!
Photos First
To start doing a first look allows you and your wedding party to do photos before any guests arrive!! You’ve already seen each other so you can knock out photographs care free!!
Cocktail Hour
In addition, doing photos before the wedding guest arrive means getting your cocktail hour back!! If you’re wanting to say I do and then grab a drink this is the perfect way to do that!
Walking Down the Aisle
Contrary to popular belief, I don’t think first looks lessen emotions while walking down the aisle at ALL!! Seeing your partner walk down that aisle is such a special moment and no amount of seeing what they already look like will change that!!
Family First Looks
If you really really want to save the first time seeing your soon to be spouse for the aisle, doing a first look with someone special in your family is such a great alternative!! Try a first look with a parent, grandparent, or even the bridal party/groomsmen!!
