Timeless and rooted in feeling wedding photography across Sonoma County. from Geyserville vineyard estates to downtown Sonoma garden hotels.
Highlights
Sonoma
Sonoma County is home to some of my favorite wedding days — from golden evenings tucked between the vines in Geyserville to garden celebrations in the heart of Sonoma. After photographing weddings throughout Wine Country, I’ve learned that every property has its own rhythm, its own light, and its own little pockets that make it special.
My approach to Sonoma County weddings blends documentary storytelling with natural direction, giving you space to actually experience your day while I make sure the good stuff doesn’t get missed. I’ll help build your photography timeline around beautiful light, step in when you need me, and get out of the way when you don’t.
Whether you’re planning an intimate vineyard celebration, a laid-back ranch wedding, or an entire weekend with everyone you love, the goal stays the same: you live the hell out of it, and I’ll make sure you remember it.

FAQ
Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me this before their engagement session or wedding day. My approach combines gentle direction with natural prompts, so you'll never be left wondering what to do, but you'll also never feel like you're spending the day in a photoshoot. The goal is to create images that feel authentic to you and your relationship.
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Will you help us pose?
Do you shoot film photography?
Yes. Film photography is available as an add-on and is one of my favorite ways to add an extra layer of nostalgia and artistry to your gallery. The timeless, imperfect nature of film beautifully complements my documentary approach.
How much wedding day coverage do we need?
Every wedding is unique, which is why I help each couple determine the right amount of coverage based on their timeline, priorities, and guest count. Most couples choose 8-10 hours to ensure the story of the day is documented from getting ready through dancing, but we'll discuss what makes the most sense for your celebration.
How soon will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a selection of sneak peeks within one week of your wedding so you can relive the excitement right away. Full wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks, with expedited delivery available for couples who can't wait. Delivery timeline do very on package selection.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! While I primarily photograph weddings throughout Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and the greater Northern California area, I'm always happy to travel for destination celebrations. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
What happens if it rains or something doesn't go according to plan?
Some of the most memorable moments happen when things don't unfold exactly as expected. After photographing weddings in all kinds of conditions, I've learned how to adapt quickly and find beautiful solutions while keeping the experience stress-free. My focus is always on preserving the moments that matter most, regardless of the circumstances.
"Sydney was an absolute joy to work with! Her photos were beautiful, filled with natural light and really captured the joy of the day. She was also so fun to be with the day of. She made my whole family feel so comfortable and it showed in the photos. She helped with the timeline and made sure we had photos of every moment that was important to us."
